MARQ
Spaces that transform the way we live, work and experience.
Spaces that transform the way we live, work and experience.
Residential spaces conceived as living experiences: openness, movement, calm, connection and detail.
Here, creativity goes beyond appearance. It is expressed in the way light enters, how inside and outside connect, and how each environment becomes memorable, livable and desirable.
My creative work seeks to give every space its own identity, memorability and distinctive experience.
Architecture and interior design become tools for creating environments with character: places that activate a brand, invite people to stay, and turn the user experience into something distinctive and memorable.
Hospitality begins before the guest crosses the door.
The experience is shaped from the moment of arrival through scale, landscape and architectural identity. In hotels and destinations, the project must make a promise visible: to guide, welcome, surprise and create memory.
Ingenuity lies in turning program, operations and context into a coherent experience—one that can be recognized from the outside and confirmed as it is lived and explored.
Environments that balance focus, interaction and well-being.
Contemporary workplace architecture is not simply about arranging workstations. It is about designing relationships: between people, between areas, and between focus and collaboration.
Creative value also emerges at the scale of detail.
Materiality, visual filters, transitions, textures and intentionally built solutions: elements that enrich the spatial experience and reinforce the project's identity without sacrificing restraint or precision.
Experience also demands the ability to materialize ideas.
Behind memorable spaces are coordination, control, technical judgment and rigorous execution. An idea gains value when it can be built with clarity and coherence.
A project's value is also defined before design begins. My contribution does not end with proposing solutions; it begins with diagnosing, coordinating and strategically directing the project to identify where value can be protected, multiplied or lost.
Read potential, constraints, risks and priorities before defining solutions or committing investment.
Align disciplines, scope, decisions and stakeholders to reduce friction, rework and loss of value.
Provide vision, judgment and direction to turn opportunities into clear decisions and decisions into results.

Experience becomes valuable when it allows a project to be read in advance: identifying opportunities, setting priorities, coordinating stakeholders and directing decisions with clarity.
My role does not end with design. It integrates diagnosis, coordination and strategic direction to identify where a project can gain value, where it can lose it, and which decisions should be prioritized before resources are committed.
